I have a HP printer. Model 697c, Although it has a slot
for printing envelopes whenever I use it, the envelope
goes threw plus 1 sheet of paper, The envelope is on the
bottem, so the address  appears on the paper,not the

We need to reinstall XP, but the keyboard is not
recognized.  I thought I could create a boot disk, but I
have XP Home and the other machine is XP Professional,
and I've found that I can't do that.

The names of sub-folders in some of my folders are not displaying.
They are in Thumbnail View.  I can't explain why they are not showing.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Both my regular cd rom drive and my cd rewrite drives are
down due to a driver problem. I think that while trying
to resolve a different problem I inadvertantly deleted
some files and then wipe them out of the recycle bin.
