When I try to install some apps I get the message.."can't run 16-bit Windows
programs".
How do I over come this problem?

Here's my dilemma.  I attempted to upgrade from Windows
2000 NT Professional to Windows XP Professional.  After
several attempts to upgrade and being aborted because of
applications not compatible with XP I loaded XP as new.  

After installing XP Home, whenever I copy and paste from Lotus 123 to
Outlook Express, I get the following string

I have a program installed and it wants the IRPSTACKSIZE increased.
The problem I can't find it to increase it. Can someone tell where and
how.
