i recently installed a program called blueJ, which needed a java sdk thing.
after that everytime i go to freeserve chat or play pool on yahoo, i got a
white box with a triangle, square and circle in it. i have installed some
java thing, and got it working but it is of very poor ...

After using the computer for between 5 and 15 minutes a
box appears telling me I have 60 seconds to log off as
the system is closing due to Remote Procedure Call
Service Terminated.  How do I stop this from happening.

Hi hoping someone can help - I am repeatedly having to key in my E Mail

  we have been suffering a lot with our internet connection.we have cable
modem and AT&T broadband. the problem we are facing is the internet gets
disconnected at once. we have to reboot the system to make it work again. we

Anyone any ideas?
All been OK with XP for a while, but recently on reboot all goes Ok except
that at the end of the reboot it throws up a window on the desktop screen
that looks like I have opened a directory in Explorer - STrange indeed...

I have just installed WinXP Pro.  On my toolbar, when you
place the mouse pointer on an icon, the flag that comes up
giving the icon's description is behind the toolbar not in
front.  Consequently you can't read it.  Ant thoughts on a

My normal display resolution should be 1024 x 768. However
when I start my computer it seems to momentarily display
the correct resolution and then after 2-3 seconds of blank
screen the display resolution goes to 640 x 480.
