Using Winxp pro. I need to get 'start/documents' to stop retaining the
document list. how can I do that. Seems like in was possible in win 98.

Every time lately that I open OE my Toolbar has disappeared and I have to
reset it, only for it to disappear again the next time I use the program.

Being the only user of my PC(Home Environment), how do you avoid having to
