when i create a new user account, how do i get it so that

I think I have some kind of problem...about every 2
minutes now, a popup comes up saying "Windows Exp;orer
has encountered a problem and needs to close." Then it
gives me the option to either send an error report or not

Ok i installed win xp on drive d and have win 98se on
drive c after 4 hrs and my computer crashing ive decided
to remove xp from my system but it doesnt give me the
option in add remove and how do i  remove the dual booting

HELP..can no longer play games on net as applet wont
download gone through all hlp pages etc but can find
nothing turned all the java but still doesnt work
