I have run into a new problem just yesterday - I have grayed out icons and if I try to open them by clicking on them, my computer reboots. One of the icons is a desktop.ini for new version of WMP 9.0. Ideas?

how do i find the path to reactivate "Clipit"? it is the name given to the lil animated character which guides one through new areas of the pc. i don't know where to look to bring him "out". thanks.

My pc wont go to standby. Everytime it tries, it'll come right back to windows. Can it be because of the firewall always working? Antivirus program? It will do the same thing with herbination. The only way is to shut it off, which I don't really like coz it takes forever to restart. ...
