Just got a new laptop with Windows XP.
On the old PC with Windows 98, I used a number of programs
I had written using MS-DOS.
On the old PC, when you click on Start/Shut Down, there was

The disk clean up program will start but it won't give  
me any options it reads scanning old compressed files and
it does that forever. When I close the box my system is

My computer is running very, very slow.  My system has

There is a Xerox folder in my program files folder that
can not be deleted.  Is this a virus?  I am using XP home

Recently I wanted to use system Restore

I am a new user to XP. All is fine and dandy except this
really annoying box which appears every five minutes or so
when I am online saying "You have just ignored an incoming
call". This automatically disconnects me. Can anyone help

I have WinXP as my operating system. I have noticed that my paste
command in my edit menu is grayed out. I guess XP does not have
Clipboard in the assesory folder. I use do highlight an article and
paste it to my clipbard. How can I do this with XP ?

i had  two users on my computer and one of the got deleted
by mistake and the other is a limited account and i cant
even access any thing i cant add a new user because the
only user on is limited i cant even download a program

with Windows seems to be missing.  Is there a way to find

I downloaded Tweakui for Windows xp a while back and just now noticed it is
no longer in the (All Programs) list.
It is still listed in the Control Panel Add/Remove Programs list and comes
up when I do a all files and folders search.

I cannot delete incomplete downloads form file in media player, I got help
to delete these files from here , the problem is when I click file the list
is still there if I try to delete I get an error message..with the remedy
being 0x0000000 ??? Whatever that is
