I bought a new dell laptop.  The first time I turned it on
it crashed and I got a DOS screen with the above message on

I am attempting to start up a "guest" account, but when I
do the account is useless.  The internet will not dial up
and I get error messages when I try to run any programs.  
Is there something I'm missing?

crt-alt-del shuts itself down11 Dec 2003 00:16 GMT1
whenever I press crt-alt-del it will only stay open for a
few seconds, same with regedit.  I can not figure out what
it is, housecall says no virus.

I am fluent with Windows 98 Word.  I used this program on
my job for years.  I just purchased a PC that came with XP
and Word 2000.  I am very unhappy with this updated

If using the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard (FAST), to transfer
files from a W95 to a WinXP computer, do you run into any complications
if you transfer some files one day and then some other files another
day?  Or does FAST give you only one go, so you have to transfer all
