I have Win XP Pro There is an exe rscmpt.exe in C:\WINDOWS\system32 which takes up most of my CPU time and CPU usage when I look up in Task Manager. Also my processor which is P IV always runs near 100% with this exe running, if I do end process and close this exe processor usage ...
