could you please advise me, I have recently used my
product recovery disk, I am using windows xp.  I can no
longer use the sleep and wake buttons on my keyboard,
where as i could previously to reinstalling.  Could you

I have Win XP Pro There is an exe rscmpt.exe in C:\WINDOWS\system32 which
takes up most of my CPU time and CPU usage when I look up in Task Manager.
Also my processor which is P IV always runs near 100% with  this exe
running, if I do end process and close this exe processor usage ...

The mouse and keyboard are frozen.

Microsoft.  My problem occurred when I tried to reinstall
