Any cost efficient way to do this?  The IBM Aptiva does
not have a network cable socket but does have a USB port.
I would prefer not to go the route of configuring a
network to facilitate data transfer. Aptiva does not have

I have my main account set for "administrator privileges"
on MS Windows XP Pro. It has been set this way since I've
had the computer. All of sudden I can't get access to
some functions such as: Tools/Internet options in the

When I open any file, I get and error saying internet
explorer has encountered a problem and must shut down.  
when it reboots it does the same thing... I can open a

assigned Computer Administrator access.

A recent thread implied that it was safe to delete everything from
Temporary and Cookies.  (If I understood correctly, which, alas, is far
from a safe assumption!)
In Temp, I find Cookies, History, and Temporary Internet Files.  In each
