I have 2 questions:  1.  Isn't there supposed to be
a "Regular" account type, where the user is empowered to
download software?  I am only seeing "Limited"
and "Administrator"

BlankSome time ago, I came across a place where I could lock the home page
in Internet Explorer, by a tick box stroke. Now ,of course I want to change
it, and can't remember where it was found, and have spent the last 4+ hours
looking.

I recently made changes to my Favorites List.  These changes show correctly
when I click on Favorites, but in the directory the changes are not
reflected.  How do I update changes to my Favorites list in the C directory?

Hi, I have two users set up in in 98se, one for me and
one for my wife. What will happen during the upgrade to
WinXP in regards to the separate users and settings?
Is there anything to do before I upgrade in regards to

Having upgraded to XP Pro from ME, the only options now
available at shutdown are Turn off or Restart.  Standby is
greyed out and not accessible.  Standby used to work in ME
and BIOS supports APM. Is there a "hidden" setting
