I have 2 questions: 1. Isn't there supposed to be a "Regular" account type, where the user is empowered to download software? I am only seeing "Limited" and "Administrator"

BlankSome time ago, I came across a place where I could lock the home page in Internet Explorer, by a tick box stroke. Now ,of course I want to change it, and can't remember where it was found, and have spent the last 4+ hours looking.

Having upgraded to XP Pro from ME, the only options now available at shutdown are Turn off or Restart. Standby is greyed out and not accessible. Standby used to work in ME and BIOS supports APM. Is there a "hidden" setting
