Have a new HP computer with Win XP.  When Window loads an
error comes up regarding KBR.exe every time.  How do I
clear the message.

I've just installed XP (from ME) and have created 3 user
accounts...  I am the admin and I see all the
applications on my desktop that I had prior to the
upgrade.  HOwever th eother 2 (they are limited accounts)

I had a problem earlier today and I had to use the HP
System Recovery utility (i own a HP computer) to fix it.
Everything is working fine now except that I had 5 user
accounts on this computer and now I cannot retrieve them.

Not sure if this started when I switched from W2K to XP, but in my windows
explorer files, in the heading details (under my photos), I have Name -
Size - Type - Artist - Album Title - Year - Track Number - Duration.   What

I had Office 2000 and installed Office 2003, however when I tried to
use the Word Envelope address book it did not function. I need that
book for all my envelopes and it worked fine with Office 2000. I since

it does not have access to a file, yet the file folder is

Outlook Express is mixing up our emails. If I log on to
my identitiy it will have the name of my husband's or my
work identity and when it downloads new emails, I get
that identities instead of mine. Then they are mixed

when you right click a file and use the send to a sub-menu shows each item
twice.  yet the folder in c:\documents and settings\administrator\send to
shows only one short cut per item..  how do you delete one of the double
listing in menu.

Every time I startup a folder window "System32" is
displayed.  Why? Is it telling me something? How can I
