Every time I log on to the internet a program named "I- Hookup" is loaded. I have tried everything to remove it. I deleted it from "Internet Options" and removed it bt the "Add/Remove" option bu it keeps coming back. HELP!

i've win xp home edition running on p4 1.5 ghz and 128mb ram. i've the back up of the set up files of sp1 and updates following sp1. last time i reinstalled windows and then installed all the updates and then defragmented my volumes. but it slowed down my pc.

Win XP Home, clean install, partitioned hard drive. I backup to an external firewall drive. Problem XP set up all of the files on my D:\ drive as ready to be written to CD .
