Anyone give me any advice my pc want let me get on any of my page's for banking, paypal, msn, all the site's with secure sign in really, could this be something to do with my setting's?.. I keep saying something about activex on some of the page's I log on, HELP please..

I just set up my Dell with windows XP.  Why is everything so large ?  I can only see half a page at a time.  I've been all over Control Panel and Display, but cannot seem to find a way to reduce fonts and icon sizes.

I have been getting a daily reminder on my PC., but when
