I can't get thet opening screen where it sort of looks like an ATM and
each user's name is boxed with a little graphic. Instead I just get an
old fashioned small sign in box in the middle of my screen and I have
to type in a new user's name and password.

I installed Dell Jukebox on my computer and now everytime
I start my computer this program launches. How can I stop
it from launching at start up?

i think i accidently removed advance networking pack for
windows xp do i need this program and if so how do i get
it back

I have 2 programs that show up in my Control Panel but I can not delete
them. They are My Way Speedbar and My Way (Smiley Central). In windows
explorer I notice 2 directories, My Way and My Web Search.
If I delete these directories will the two programs I mention be deleted? Is

Have recently started using Outlook 2002 for my email and
so far, so good.  My understanding is that I can also use
this program for newsgroup (usenet?) access as well but
I'm having problems figuring out where to set this up.

Why are the thumbnails in picture it now gray? When I
look at My Pictures, the thumbnails are now all gray. If
I rotate a picture, then rotate it back, the thumbnail is
no longer gray! Got any ideas?

Often when I click on a URL my Internet exploer opens in
a 2" X 2" box.  That box needs to be expanded before
viewing.
Can I change a setting that will open into a full screen?
