How do I format my drive which has XP Pro on it,  back so that I can re-install win98?  The XP CD lets me format the drive, but then goes right to installing a fresh copy of XP

I have just upgraded from Windows ME to Windows XP Home Edition.  Everything went fine except for the fact that all my old e-mails and e-mail folders in Outlook Express did not transfer.  The Outlook Express address book transferred perfectly

When I first bought my PC, about 3 months ago, whenever I closed Internet

Every time I put a CD ROM into my computer or plug in some hardware into the USB port, this really annoying automatic menu thing comes up and asks, what action do you want to take.  I dont like it.  I hate it.  I keep trying to select, 'take no action' and check that little box ...
