Simple question, but I cannot seem to figure it out for myself. How can I convert an incoming fax in a .tiff format to a Word document and save it as a .doc so I can access it as if it were an ordinary word document?

How do you make a folder on a CD-RW. In DOS I would "md test" (make directory, test). I would then copy files into that directory (folder). How is that done on a CD? I am using NERO??
