I used to collect pictures from the web using Windows ME and Paint Shop Pro. When I try it now using XP, I only get 2 options after right clicking on the picture : save as "art" or "bmp". I select "bmp" but when I try to save it Paint Shop Pro tells me it is not a "jpeg" or "jif" ...

I upgraded to XP and now can't switch identities in OE.  
Was told this was a common compatibility problem between
XP and OE.  Any idea how to fix it?

If anyone could help it would be great. i just installed
windows xp professional and thinking it would already  
have powerpoint it doesn't. What should i do?

I have a dual-boot system with Win 98 SE and a clean install
of Win XP Pro. I have an HP 1220C inkjet printer which prints
just fine on both 98 and XP but I cannot get the "toolbox"
utility software that comes with the printer to work with XP.

I did register but don't understand how to use a Forum.  I can't locate any
information there concerning Spybot "Not Responding" locking up, failing to
download the new files, or inability to remove Secret-Crush - which it says
is in MEMORY and can't be removed.  A reboot and re-run ...

To cut short a v long story on startup I have XP home edition and XP setup tp choose from. I've tried to delete setup from boot log but it won't let me and then says it is read only. When I search the boot log file I cannot find it

Hi. All of a sudden, when i try to save or save as a file, the dialogue
box hangs for about 30 seconds, then says (not responding), then
responds. This is very irritating when you are in a hurry, as i often
am. Any ideas of why or how to fix this?
