My husband and I have each installed programs when separately logged in to WinXP.  Now the things he installed, I can't run (they don't show up in my start menu) and vice versa. How can we install programs so they are available to all users, and how can we fix the ones already ...

Wizard), I know users settings can be transfered from old Win95 to XP

I having problem seeing the XP machine on the network.

Just installed XP. Have activated,by phone. Now when I turn on computer, window doesn`t stop at log in window, goes by to start window.

the file dates changed to today's date.
I copy and pasted and the same thing happened.
Is there any way to copy to and from a CD that keeps the original dates
