I would like to buy new computer monitor.
I am inclined to buy a 17 LCD monitor.  How good is LCD monitor?
When I looked at display models, those colors in LCD do not look the same as
the conventional color CRT monitor.

Two issues, think they are interconnected.
1]  I have a stand alone PC which connects to the internet via cable. Having
ventured to my "Network Connections" folder recently I came across a
connection which stated it was a " shared internet connection on computer

When trying to load some web pages (most!), after a few
seconds of the right page I then get the following page

I have run windows xp home for about a year with no
problems.  My Dad had just bought a computer, which had
no software pre-installed, so he bought windows xp home.
(this was from a computer fare.)
