XP allows for multiple users, my wifes account won't open
up Outlook. Something about not being able to access some
files.  How do I get her a "clean" copy of outlook that
does not link to any of my stuff.  Thanks in advance.

Norton tells me to disable the xp firewall before
installing and I can't get it done following their

I'm having a problem with my fairly new PC (XP).  When I'm
playing a game like Sims or Morrowind it will just kick me
out of the game.  It's as if the progam just stops.  I
thought it may be a problem with the CD drive so I started

I just opened a picture folder and found two files in with the pics that
no one put there.
Desktop.ini   and   Thumbs.db
What are they and what are they doing in my picture folder with my jpgs

Outlook Express saves messages as dbx files. How do I reopen them once they
have been archived? Using OE doesn't work. I need access to a couple of
messages I received toward the end of 2003 and since I archived them, I
can't read them.

windows xp is so different from 95 or 98.. unlike the later windows xp has no way to view all folders.. I am trying to download fonts and desktop pictures the old way but cannot find where to do this.. I'm sure it's right under my nose, but this is all so new.

Hello.......  I'd like to know if there is any way to format a drive under Windows XP in a format OTHER than NTFS....??  I'd prefer to use FAT 32.  Right now, I am forced to have the system boot from the CD-ROM instead of the floppy (as I'm accustomed too) and format the drive ...

I have just discovered that on my main computer and the slave (networked) a user set up by the name of asp.netmachineA.... I cannot remember ever seeing this before, I am concerned that this is a hacker, can anyone help me.
