Is there a way to view the temp folders that are NOT under the windows folder. I believe they may be hidden. I'm running XP and I downloaded some files that said they were being downloaded to a temp folder and I need to find it.

On my xp system I cannot make a folder private. When I right click, the tab for make folder private is shaded. The harddisk is NTFS format. Furthermore, how does one make a folder inaccessible to other users, i.e.; stop entry of others to the folder on xp?

I posted this once before. One person answered and told me to post the question on the Windows IE newsgroup and one person (thank you ,Frank Saunders) tried to help by telling me to uncheck "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" This wasn't checked so I didn't need to uncheck it. ...
