Hi - how do I permanently set the folder option for ALL PROGRAMS permantly be set to THUMBNAILS? It works fine for Explorer - but when I use another program.... I ALWAYS have to chagne the view. Thank you.

I have a programme that seems to be minimised as a button at the bottom of the screen, If I click it to 'restore' nothing happens. I must have shrunk it to the minimum size

Is there a way to cause all the files to display the same view (i.e., list rather than icon) and do it in one process without having to go to each individual file? I have looked around some but unable to figure it out. Thanks

I backed up my Outlook Express mail folders on New Year's Day. I now have need to open a couple of them to make printed copies. Problem is, OE won't open the .dbx files it created in the storage file. How can I open the dbx files to read and print them?

when I log onto the Internet, the browser fills the screen but my home page and several web sites only fill about 75% of available space. My old computer with Windows 98 never did this with the same ISP.
