Please excuse repost however my original post has been included in an old
thread about another problem entirely.
My pc has started losing my restore points.  I looked this afternoon & there
were two restore points for today and one for yesterdsy; all previous ones

my father recently installed xp home over the top of his
old windows and has lost outlook express 5 having been
replaced with outlook 6 automaticly. he had backed up all
other files except his address book and his inbox

I'm trying to install windows xp home.  message im getting
is "uninstall Microsoft shared fax client"  I've searched
the computer, add/remove programs and explore and i can't
find the program.  where else can i look t0 uninstall.

I now have a bootleg copy of windows xp professional on
my home computer.  I don't want it.  If I run restore I
will lose too much stuff.  My question is: If I buy a
legal copy of Windows xp professional and download it

After seeing the warning about not running my computer as
an Administrator, I set up a user account for "m".  The
problem is that m's start menu is missing two programs,
Word and a Canon program, that the Administrator account

After installing wireless network the remote PC with
widows XP will now totally shut down on it's own.I have
checked all of the power options and made sure it isn't
hibernating and that hard disc,etc are all set up to stay

Use Win XP home, IE6, OE6 and stuck with dialup service.  For my job I have
