i always get this error message its something like:
\system32\system not found or corrupt
and then it follows use the Windows Xp Setup CD and
press 'r' to repair

i get the bubble that tells me my reso is low..when it
asks to reset it automatically i say yes, but nothing
happens.  i cannot slide the screen reso gauge, and the
only color option available is the low 4 bit choice.

I am having a problem with my keyboard. When I type too quickly my wireless keyboard locks, and I am unable to type anything and the num lock, caps lock and scroll lock keys flash on and off, and the only way to fix this it to reboot. It is really annoying as this happens ...

I just set up and used my computer for the first time yesterday.  I went to restart it today and the screen saver and all other color pictures are all fuzzy.  How can I fix this?

is it possible to run the system restore utility on a machine where it is
*impossible* to boot off the hard drive (none of f8 menu choices succesfully
boots windows -- safe mode, last known good, etc. -- nothing works)
apparently it's impossible to run rstrui.exe from the recovery ...
