I installed XP Home, including MS Outlook Express v6. Outlook Express does not have any "Identities" options. They are mentioned in the Help documenation but they are not available from the menu options. I used these a lot, to handle my numerous email accounts, in Win98.

My Norton Viruscan found an infected file -- DLLHOST.EXE --- and put it in quarantine. They say it cannot be repaired - has been destroyed by w32.welchia.worm. Do I really need it? If so, where do I get a clean copy?

Is there a hotkey utility available for xp? I.e., one that can be set to open programs with a few key strokes. Had one in win98 but it is not advertised to work with xp. Thanks

On start-up I get an error "cannot find c:\windows\system32\msmon.exe". I did a search and found file in c:\windows\prefetch. ?? What do I do to fix this problem...Is this an important file? What does it do? I'm a real novice so any help would be nice!
