I read an article recently, PCWorld I think, that said that someone ran
a test and that defragging didn`t make much difference in the way the
cpr ran.

I would like to turn off the audio portion of my mail notification. When I am listening to music and receive an email, "bang" right in the middle of nice and soothing jazz. I want to keep the visual notification.

I have been on the phone all afternoon with both Toshiba and the makers of
my flash drive.  Toshiba got me to download a Chipset Utility with no
improvement.  Passed me on to higher support.  The end result of that was
that they suggested I take it to one of their authorised support ...

I recently purchaseda computer that came pre-installed
with windows XP.  It also came with a Microsoft trial cd.
When activating my xp, I used the product key of the
trial cd, instead of the product key for windows xp.  The
