There are some funny things happening to my screen with I
am on or off line.....You name it, everything keeps
poping up on the screen.  I'm thinking something mught be
wrong with my mouse, but not sure.  Does anyone have any

I have an installation of XP that has one user.  I
installed all the applications under that one user.  I
now need to add another user.  Is there a way make the
programs available to the new user too?

when setting up a user account can the owner have the control to prevent the user access to programs such as the internet?  how can i restrict access to a user account?

Where is the setting to turn off the tool tips dialogue that shows up when
hovering over the icons in the system and quick launch trays?

Does Pro have any real advantages over Home for the average computer user.

I have bot h a laptop and a pc can I use the same xp disc to load xp onto both my laptop and pc as well? or do i have to go out and buy another disc
