I have an installation of XP that has one user. I installed all the applications under that one user. I now need to add another user. Is there a way make the programs available to the new user too?

I have bot h a laptop and a pc can I use the same xp disc to load xp onto both my laptop and pc as well? or do i have to go out and buy another disc if i personally own both computers should i not be able to do this?
