I am unable to access my DSL (RoadRunner). I called RoadRunner tech support and after many tests/questions was told I had a "browser problem" and should reinstall Internet Explorer. I downloaded the file "ie6setup.exe"

When I call up my Recording Control panel, everything is accessable, microphone, CD player, Line In etc. All except the Recording controls, which are displayed unhighlighted and therefore not accessible. How do I get them highlighted so I can record something?

My new version of Norton (Internet Security) doesn't seem to have "speed disk" or "One Button Fix", I'm happy to pay for them but is there one in the XP home edition package?

just recently. sometime when i am serving the internet. internet explorer will stop responding. and i have to go to task manager to end task. it mostly happens when i open another window, of the same web page. how can i stop this??
