Not sure how to explain this but, i'm running XP, while browsing with IE in  
say, a yahoo search, when i type something into the search bar, example:
(help) then later on insted of typing the word (help) again i just want to
double click the empty search field and get that ...

My dog pulled the power cord from that battary back-up
while the computer was running. When I plugged in the cord
the computer goes through the BIOS then Windows loading

How do I completely remove a driver from WinXP?    I don't want to disable
it or update it but remove it completely.
Is there any freeware that will do the job satisfactorily?

My system won't enter or remain in screen saver or power down mode because
something is briefly reading from the hard drive or memory (?) from time to
time. I have made all of the correct settings in power mgt. and Display.
Please advise.

"Search" skips over a lot of files.  I have some non-MSWord files, for
instance, which have been renamed with the .DOC extension but haven't
individually been re-saved as MSWord DOC files as yet, and XP's SEARCH won't
read them even though I have "All Files And Folders" set.
