For 2 days I have been tring to find out :Can I delete

When I go into "My Pictures" & in "Picture tasks" my "Copy to CD" is not showing, so therefore I cannot copy anything onto a disc. Can someone out there tell me why & how can I fix it? I have checked drivers etc & it tells me everything is working!!
