I keep getting this error when I start up.......ISASS.EXE Can not find the file? So I hit OK and the commputer resets itself. How do I get rid of it? Thank you in advance.

Sorry if this has been answered already. I've looked quite a while over this forum but could not find an answer to this: I have a OEM version of Windows XP; I'd like to install it on a system in which I currently have Windows 98. (It may be SE, but I'm not sure.)
