  I keep getting a returned e-mail. I do not even know this person.
Is it a virus? I use outlook express 6. I am using windows xp pro.
Zone alarm and avg anti-virus programs.
How can I stop these e-mails? Not even listed in my address book.

I recently upgraded to Windows XP from Win98.  I have an
Aureal Vortex sound card.  I ran the Windows update and
installed the drivers for the Aureal card now when I
switch from one window with sound to another, my computer

I am a new user to XP and have inadvertently caused some

I would like to use winupdate but I get "Administrator's only"
warning/error message. I'm the only user, I do have an adm profile, and
another with my name followed by /administrator in it. I tried to delete
the "administrator" one but can't, this has my name in it also, like

I haven't been able to hot sync my palm handheld since I
upgraded to XP.  It doesn't autodetect the USB
connection.  Device manager says that all USB ports are
working properly.
