I want to change the operating systems of 2 PC's to XP Home.  1 PC is Windows 95 and the other is Windows Me.  I want to know the best way to do this.

I went added a new user. THought the users was also the
administrator.  Turned the existing administrator to
limited use, now cannot change users or add users or do
