I have 2 users on my Win XP Pro. Both are menbers of the Administrator
Group.
I logged on as user A and installed Hauppauge WinTV. Everything works fine
when loggen on as User A.

I used to be able to press Ctrl+G in Windows NT to bring up a dialog box where I could type in paths to go to.  This doesn't appear to be the case in XP.  Has this been removed or moved somewhere else ?

Is there a way to recover a deleted user account in

If I select Start|Help and Support, nothing happens
I get an hourglass briefly, then nothing
No hangs, just nothing

How do I clear the *run*, and *url"s*,etc?  If there is a way , I have not
found it.  On my 98 I had tweakui on there and it *cleared my tracks*.  I do
not want to download tweak ui on this machine.
