Just upgraded from 98SE to XP Home.  In trying to run Norton
WinDoctor, it starts out by telling me I can't run it because I've got
a missing file, Windows/system.dat.
        So I take a look, and I've got some (apparent) backups of

I made a back up CD of my programs and want to verify/compare that they are identical.  There was a
Compare command in DOS years ago that I used on my floppies.  Does it still exist in another term
under XP?  Help was NO help.
