Users I like to clean out cookies and history files while in Explorer. I would go to tools options view : and select files would like to clean up. Now when I go to Tools, screen says have to contack Administrator.

It appears to download ok. But then when it starts to install, it goes about 1/4 to 1/3 of the way and then quits. Windows Update simply tells me that it cannot install the update. Nothing shows up in event manager and this account is an administrators account

I'm suddenly getting all kinds of pop up ads, how can I stop them. Norton found some virus threats in my doc and settings file, so I deleted my temp files but the pop ups won't go away.
