I am having real problems trying to get into safe mode, when I boot up my pc I press the F8 key, then I get a black background with text, with a blue square screen in the middle of the window saying, Floppy, IDE-0, CDROM, NETWORK
But no safe mode, what am I doing wrong? ...

when ever i sign on to the internet, i have real problems
as I/E wont load, i've done everything my ISP [AOL]
suggested but it hasn't helped,so they said to contact
microsoft for some help

I have a user trying to open a network file and they get
this error.  They are able to copy and paste in another
document and then put it back, then they can open it, but

This file is preventing my computer from shutting down.  
I have to end program to shut down.  Also, I can open
Outlook 2003, but if I close it, I have to restart my
computer in able to open Outlook again.
