Whenever I install software it says to close all windows applications. Ctrl-alt-delete has a tab for applications and another for Processes. Do I have to close everything under both tabs? Thanks. Phil B.

I don't have windows backup in Accessories\System tools. Also not listed in add\Remove windows components. Search for NTbackup came back empty. Where would I find this software? Running XPhome edition. Thanks. Phil B.
