The XP version installed on my laptop has the curser automatically selecting if left on a button. How can I disable this function? If you leave the curser in the wrong place XP selects things you do not want selected. You have to remember to park the curser.

Ok. I dont know how this happened but everytime I start windows the welcome screen comes on and asks me to select the user name, theres only one. I never set it to do that and I am the only administrator. I want to delete

Windows XP will not let me use the "mailto:" feature of Web pages. When I try to do so, Windows locks up and I have to end all programs before it will do anything. This started a month ago after newly upgrading to Windows XP.

I am having comcast broadband internet connection at home(Gateway computer with Windows XP OS.). Of late I am seeing some strange behaviour on my computer, where every few minutes a windows opens up (not a pop up ad) on the task bar.
