emails in outlook express, My email account is with Hotmail

Encountered as probleand needs to close. The error was winnt32.exe. Can anyone tellmewhat the problem is?

Somehow...I've deleted it.  How do I retrieve it and put
it back on the screen so that I can search "Googlely?"  
I'm not sofisticated enough to go through the reinstall
