I'm new to XP.  I have a digital camera; the camera and XP are having issues.  When I tried to install the camera software I got the message  "the file 'usbscan.sys' from the XP service pack 1 cd is needed".  I downloaded and installed service pack 1 but the needed file was not ...

All of a sudden I am having a problem accessing some links at

The links are not secure, but every time I try to access the pages, I get

I can't figure out how to export my Outlook Express Email Address Book. I
know how to navigate to get to the export interface but when I try to export
it asks me which address book I want to export. I try to find the address

I have 3 e-mail accounts in outlook express. Once in awhile, when I try to
open one account, it opens a different one, and my e-mails are in that one
too. Any ideas on why this happens and how to solve it?
