New to XP.
Have temp folders and files under c:\Win and also under c:\Docs &
Settings\Wabash(user)\local settings.
When I do a disk-clean, most files are cleaned up under the Win folder but

I have integrated audio, just started my new computer up, but have no sound. Can anybody please help.

I have one program (SideKick98) that when I activate it, it will start
to load then it pauses for 8-9 sec. before continuing to load.
This is the only program in my system that does this. All other
programs load fast as all-get-out.

I've lost ability to change screen resolution.
AND...I've lost standy on log off.
I've tried many suggestions but they are either too
cumbersome or they don't work.

I connected my new XP machine to my old win 98 se machine via an ethernet
adaptor (usb on win 98 machine, internal on XP machine) and crossover cable.
Installation went without a hitch, and on the XP machine, under "network
connections," the "LAN or high speed internet" panel states ...

Hey all
I'm using Windows XP Home Edition and I can't figure out how to remove additional user accounts (I'm the administrator).  When I open up the User Account area all it lets me do is either change the account, change the password or change the picture.  Suggestions?
