After a virus attack that distorted my task bar items, I inadvertantly deleted the desktop button which causes all open programs to minimise. Is there a way to restore this icon to my task bar and if so how?

OK, recently did a fresh install of XP Home. Everything is fine except for the log on and log off sounds. They disappeared after a few days. I DL'd "Kellys" script for this type of issue, however, I still have no log on or off sounds.
