1. Everytime I restart system a screen opens with Norton. Can't find how to

hi can anybody help my windows xp has started to run slow
every time i turn pc on it takes forever to load up. when

I moved my hard drive to a new motherdoard and lost my xp
partition.
How can I get it back or format the whole drive?

I'm trying to upgrade from home to pro - but after it
