Is there no way to set up a user with permissions halfway
between "limited" and "administrator" with XP Pro? I think
I'm being a bit thick, but I can't find a way.
My "Limited" user can't even set screensaver settings, but

It seems that when ever I power up/down, drive A (floppy) is address and

Trying to run the updates from Microsloth.  I open IE, check for
updates and then select the ones I need.  They download ok, but when
they try to install I get a blue screen of death.  However, the screen
goes by too fast to read anything, and then the system reboots.

Can I install XP Professional right over Windows 98se?

My son installed AIM, it automatically start when the computer boots.  How do I remove it from start up.
