I have many colorful XP shortcut icons on my desktop and I have 10 plain
folder shortcut icons. Google search for XP icons gives me frankly a
headache. I'd like a user friendly XP Icon folder program that has say 200
xp icons and all it takes is a click on the one icon and a click ...

I have been working on a computer on home and a computer at school. Last night I attempted to load my document, but Microsoft office couldn't load. It just stopped. I tried to open the document again at school, but it wouldn't open there either.

I'm using Win XP Proffessional and I want to know how can
deny access to folders created by me (Administrator) to
other users.

I think I have some switching wrong on my computer as when
I try to download certan software sites I get the
following message.
HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden

4 xp professional computers logon nt 4.0 (abc_xx) but i upgrade server to
w2k3 (domain name abc.com), the users cannot logon.

I just set up a brand new computer that has windows xp.  
It asked me for the users names, which I put in.  Where

I have a TCE scanner model S440 and now with the Windows XP he dont function... I need a new driver of the TCE S440 by Windows XP ....My last program was the Windows 98 and the scanner was very good.....Help pse.

I have a folder containing several different file types, i want to just tag
one specific filetype and copy it to a new folder, is there a way to that?
in dos you used to be able to use the copy *.wav command..
