I have a program installed under Add/Remove programs that is no longer
there.
I do I wipe it off the list of programs to add/remove?

How can I save on a CD. I get the message there is no CD in the drive.

Hi can any one help my system restore will not restore, it
goes through the motions including rebooting and then
tells me that it has not restored to an earlyer time, but
I can't find out why

Only my user can connect to the internet.  Any other
profiles on my computer cannot connect.  What would cause
this.

Recently I upgraded from Windows '98 to XP
Now my databases that I use in Works 4.0 show 1904 instead of 2004
As I still wish to use these old databases, what can I do to rectify this problem

All photo management programs I try (HP, Canon, Dell image expert) and any PDF file I try to down load cause my computer to give me a send error report message and shut down the program I am trying to run.  Any help you can give this novice would be appreciated.  Thanks,  Garry

I had Windows 98 loaded on one partition, and Windows XP on another.  I could not figure out how to uninstall Windows 98, so I deleted it and reformated the partition.  Now at boot-up, I get the screen asking which operating system I wanted to load.  The screen times out in 30 ...

How do you do the lowlevel format, what used to be fdisk on older
systems?  I have the disk in, the system can see it but XP can't.

I have installed dvdshrink and it works well most of the time for backing up my dvd collection, however sometimes it just crash's windows during either analysing or encrypting a dvd, anybody know why or have experienced similar, it is driving me nuts, I then get the message ...
