i can not get windows explorer to load thus i can not get
my computer to start how can i fix this i get an error
message when i start it manually.  also i am told that
cannot olat user profile but logged in as default profile

I'm running windows xp home edition. After I shutdown the
P.C. it restarts by itself. I've formatted, but have the
