when i try to run norton disk doctor i get the same

My PC ran a disk check this morning and reported the following:

My son is running xp on an athlon 2800, however it keeps freezing and
sometimes gets the Blue screen of death. Could this be a driver problem or

helping someone with a Dell P4 with WIN XP Home Ed.  ran Stinger virus
tool and it said some viruses in Restore files.  According to
instructions on McAfee Stinger site it says to disable system restore in
WIN  ME/XP  then run Stinger and then re enable System Restore when
